Is it unprofessional to have a calltone on your business phone? - business phone headset
My phone is) my work phone (your small business and I want a calltone (a calltone is where the caller hears music instead of ringing the phone), but I am afraid that some of my customers might think that is unprofessional. What do you think?

I agree with you, and I think it is very professional, does not have a dial tone. Music you can not like a customer and music, it might even offensive potential for a customer. Ask your car is not above the Fortune 500 have ringtones? The answer is a clear and they are not profitable, and I suppose you want to do in your business initiatives.
