Is it illegal for my ex to email nude pics of me? - illegal pics

My BF and I separated recently. I have this evening, the nude photos of me that he and I had sent when we were together. The e-mails and all friends. Is it illegal to do? You can charge?

No, it's not something illegal if you are someone who says that they do not want, or send it to minors. If you or allows him to shoot, he gave permission to use these images as he wants. You can bring him to trial in order to get to stop sending photos, but otherwise I can not do what he did.

Lesson: Do not let the people you photograph naked.

1. How old were you when the photos were taken? If you are under 18, you can count on him for the dissemination of child pornography.
2. If you over 18 years: If you have photos with their consent, he has. He has the right to access their private use. Everything can not make money, to show these pictures (unless you signed a consent form). However, once you start publishing online, or move them to your friends, without their permission, you can ask them to stop. You can use the web to share the purpose of doing what was intended (if they are) against their rules, for example, to send pictures. You can contact the police in your area to see if she can convince him to stop. You'll notice that I "said" to convince, because you do not violate any laws. It is not illegal if they are over 18 years and voluntarily agreed to the pictures, and I knew I had these photos in his possession.
3. For the love of God people will not let you take pictures that you do not want to see others. I hate to say it, but &To get # 039; SA really terrible lesson the hard way.

Edit: You say that you took pictures. Now, as he kill them? If you gave him (as a "gift"), then they are yours. You transfer property to the majority of them.

Depends on where you live, but I live in Ontario, Canada, and here it is illegal, and yes, he could be prosecuted. It is a violation of privacy and has never applied for permission for you .. That is so bad and I'm sorry to hear what happened to you! You should call their local police and check it out

You must be able to demonstrate to the authorities that the photos online. Once done, you can get a restraining order against him and sue him for slander.

No.

When he pictures .... with or without their consent, you can do almost anything you want.

Another reason to not be with naked people before them if they know you committed.

Legally speaking, the images are the property of the person who has them.

Perhaps it was to take a bad idea.

No.

It is only illegal if they do not accept images that are taken the first, too. In his case, what he did was terrible, but not illegal.

Probably depends on your local laws, but I suppose if the photos were taken, and after them, then their property and they can do whatever he wants with them.
