Somebody explain this: There is a mild central disk bulge seen at the L4-L2 level with annular tear? - what is central annular tear of l3/4 disc

There are a large Disk protrusions at L5-S1 with annular tear seen at this level. The alignment of the lumbar spine is normal. The height of the vertebral body have been maintained well. Horsetail seems banal, without evidence of nerve root clumping.
